2.2 "Media Partner" means a person or entity that registers on the Website and applies for a program published by the Advertiser and promoted through linkbest's redirection service. Media Partners shall comply with this Agreement, applicable laws and regulations, and other provisions related to promotional activities.
2.3 "Target Link" means the link configured by the Advertiser for the Promotion Program, which is used to guide users to make purchases or transactions.
2.4 "Link Transfer Service" means the service provided by the linkbest platform to convert a Target Link into a Media Partner's exclusive link so that the Media Partner can carry out the Promotion and track orders.
2.5 "Order" means a purchase or transaction made by a user through a Media Partner's promotional link.
2.6 "Report" means a statistical report containing orders and related data generated by the linkbest platform, which is used for billing by advertisers and performance tracking by media partners.
III. Platform services
3.1 After registering as an advertiser, a user of this website is able to publish a promotion plan and configure a target link for it; if a user registers as a media partner, he/she can apply for a plan published by an advertiser and turn the target link into his/her own exclusive link for promotion through the link transfer service.
3.2 The linkbest platform is capable of tracking the orders generated by the Media Partner's promoted links and generating relevant reports for advertisers' settlement.
3.3 linkbest will do its best to ensure the normal operation and safety of the platform, but will not be responsible for any service interruption or data loss due to technical failure, third party interference or other force majeure factors.
IV. User Responsibility and Code of Conduct
4.1 You acknowledge that before you start the registration process to use the services of this website, you should have the civil capacity appropriate to your behavior under the laws of Hong Kong. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity appropriate to your behavior, you need to register and use this website under the supervision of a guardian, and you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the provisions of the law.

You shall ensure that your promotional activities do not infringe the rights and interests of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights, and guarantee that the content of your promotional activities is true, accurate and legal, and shall not publish false, misleading or illegal information.
4.4 You must not use the Website to do any of the following:
(1) shall not use this website to engage in money laundering, theft of trade secrets, theft of personal information and other illegal and criminal activities;
(2) shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this website, intentionally disseminate malicious programs or viruses and other acts that damage and interfere with normal network information services;
(3) Not to transmit or publish any information material that is unlawful, criminal, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, injurious, vulgar or uncivilized;
